Shipping & Returns

Returns

K&S Music will accept returns within 30 days for most items (please read further for exceptions and exclusions). If a return is initiated, the buyer will be refunded less all shipping charges. A minimum 10% restocking fee may also be charged depending on the item.

If an item is found to be DOA/or damaged due to K&S Music's fault, the buyer will be reimbursed shipping charges and a full complete refund. If the item is damaged in shipping, please contact the shipping company from which the product was received to file a claim. If you have issues with filing a warranty claim, please contact us and we will step in on your behalf to resolve the manner.

-For Stringed Instruments:
Unless otherwise noted, all stringed instruments are tuned and set up to factory spec prior to leaving K&S Music. Please keep in mind that shifting may occur on the instrument due to climate changes and the instrument may need to be set up again upon arrival. If any warranty service is required to your instrument, please ensure that it is done by an authorized service center for your instrument or it will void any warranty/return. If an authorized service center deems the item defective, when returned, we request a written statement and verification that the service center is an authorized service center for the instrument that was purchased from K&S Music.

When returning a stringed instrument, please include all original packaging materials and additional items such as adjustment tools. If any items or packaging materials are missing, an additional restocking fee will be applied. Failure to properly package an instrument leading to damage back to K&S Music may result in a minimum 25% restocking fee plus any parts and labor required to repair the instrument.

-Software purchases are no return/no refund; no exceptions.

-Microphones and Harmonicas will have an extra 20% restocking fee to cover cleaning and sanitizing costs.

-Apparel, ear plugs, microphones, and headphones cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

-Wrong Addresses: If you have provided us with an incorrect mailing address, your refund will be provided minus all shipping charges in addition to a 20% restocking fee. Your refund will be provided once the item(s) have returned to K&S Music.

-K&S Music reserves the right to update and change this return policy at any time.

 

 

Shipping

Most smaller items will ship USPS, larger items UPS.  For expedited shipping options, please contact us at this time until we have it set up (additional charges will apply).  Most items ship for free in the continental United States.

 

Handling Times

Orders placed on weekdays by 3pm that ship via USPS generally ship the same business day.  UPS items are a 1 business day handling time.  Orders placed on the weekend will ship the next business day.
